AD HOC ART 49 Bogart St., a gritty street hip venue was founded two years ago. “Buy Product”, is a one week show in collaboration with their neighbor, silkscreen shop Peripheral Media, and features snappy mixed media graphic works. “Secrets of the Woonasquatucket River” a collection of collaborative and individual artists many from Providence RI, opens, Oct. 12 Head further south to and catch a view of Lucas Reiner’s paintings, photos and films depicting the trees of LA, at Pocket Utopia 1037 Flushing Ave. “Blind Spot” a stunning installation by artist team Andrew Ohanesian and Tescia Seufferlein at English Kills 114 Forrest St. comes with the highest recommendations.
